**Plumbing Supervisor / Manager Job Advert**

Pinnacle Plumbing and Electrical Limited is a North West based company that undertakes all aspects of domestic plumbing and heating works. These include bathroom refurbishment works, full heating systems and boiler servicing. We are accredited for the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and are looking to expand our renewable offering.

The role is full time 45 hours a week, with 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and company pension scheme.

The salary range is £40,000 to £45,000 based on experience.

Main Responsibilities
- To assist in the estimating of projects during the tendering stage.
- Oversee works with regards to staffing, managing subcontractors, material ordering and customer liaison to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Ensure that all variations are documented to enable the efficient invoicing of the works and ensuring clients are kept up to date on their budgeted expenditure.
- Ensure that weekly meetings are undertaken with customers to ensure they are aware of any cost variation and progress of the works.
- Oversee commissioning works and undertake final handover of projects to customers and oversee any snagging issues. Ensure all handover documentation is completed and issued on completion.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Oversee health and safety on site.
- Deal with technical issues either inhouse or by the customer.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
