Cisco is looking for a Collaboration Renewals Specialist to join our Collaboration Renewals Sales (Webex Suite) team. The team forms part of the Customer Success Sales organization, one of Cisco’s fastest-growing sales teams and is a talent engine for Cisco Sales with diverse and motivated teams that consistently deliver profitable growth.
What you’ll do
A Renewals Specialist for the Collaboration portfolio (Webex Suite) of Software Technologies is an exciting role, where the ability to collaborate is at its core and no two days are the same. The role requires close collaboration directly with customers, partners, and internal team members across sales, engineering, and marketing.
The key requirements of this job include:
- Build, develop and execute a sales pipeline based on upcoming renewals for near-term in-quarter growth while running the future-term pipeline to work early and ahead of time on key future renewals.
- A strong sales competence and confidence when communicating the business benefits Collaboration Software provides customers.
- Educate and excite our Partners and partner teams on the Collaboration Renewals story, drive engagement and understanding of the market and build business development opportunities.
- Strong data analysis skills, supporting quote creation and closing renewal opportunities for accounts
- Lead and build sales opportunities - working closely with Cisco Partners, Solution Specialists, and technical teams to build a renewals strategy for key accounts.
- Use Salesforce to track current/potential customer interactions and drive progression of opportunities through the sales cycle
Who you’ll work with:
We serve our customer life-cycle through a series of selling motions to drive higher value and an efficient experience from Cisco solutions to drive relevant business outcomes. We are a global, dynamic team that brings excitement to the sales environment every day. We connect Cisco customers with solutions that can transform their businesses and change the world for the better. You will discover a creative, flexible and award-winning working environment using the latest Cisco technology to enable and empower you to perform to the very best of your abilities. Our teams adapt quickly to respond to market changes and are all highly encouraged to give back to our local communities.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of related experience (Bachelor's degree - beneficial)
- Strong written and spoken English language skills.
- A high orientation to detail and capable of handling a large volume of accounts, tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong customer service, listening and presentation skills
- Previous Collaboration experience - beneficial
- Previous experience working with Salesforce - beneficial
- A Self Starter / High Energy / Positive Demeanor / Customer Focused
**Why Cisco?**
WeAreCisco. We are all unique, but collectively we bring our talents to work as a team, to develop innovative technology and power a more inclusive, digital future for everyone. How do we do it? Well, for starters - with people like you
Nearly every internet connection around the world touches Cisco. We’re the Internet’s optimists. Our technology makes sure the data traveling at light speed across connections does so securely, yet it’s not what we make but what we make happen which marks us out. We’re helping those who work in the health service to connect with patients and each other; schools, colleges, and universities to teach in even the most challenging of times. We’re helping businesses of all shapes and sizes to connect with their employees and customers in new ways, providing people with access to the digital skills they need and connecting the most remote parts of the world - whether through 5G, or otherwise.
We tackle whatever challenges come our way. We have each other’s backs, we recognize our accomplishments, and we grow together. We celebrate and support one another - from big and small things in life to big career moments. And giving back is in our DNA (we get 10 days off each year to do just that).
We know that powering an inclusive future starts with us. Because without diversity and a dedication to equality, there is no moving forward. Our 30 Inclusive Communities, that bring people together around commonalities or passions, are leading the way. Together we’re committed to learning, listening, caring for our communities, whilst supporting the most vulnerable with a collective effort to make this world a better place either with technology, or through our actions.
So, you have colorful hair? Don’t care.
