**Role Introduction**:

- Settlement Operations provide oversite to the exchange of transactions processing.
- Platform balancing and reconciliation activities are undertaken on a daily basis to ensure all daily settlement activities due to happen have done so, where exceptions are found investigation is completed to resolve them
- Anticipated cash positions are prepared real time in order to ensure bank balances are adequate for the daily funding movements
- Daily funding payments are made for Merchant, Scheme and inter-bank account transfers
- Settlement work under a strong control’s environment ensuring adherence to regulatory and scheme compliance

**What you will do**:

- Working with the Settlement Team to complete daily reconciliation activities
- Completing bank account balancing and reconciliation to ensure the correct cash positions are available for the daily funding processes
- Process manual funding payments against tight timeframes using multiple electronic banking platforms
- Investigating and responding to Client queries in a timely manner

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous bookkeeping experience and/or accounting courses preferred.
- Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Efficient on Microsoft Excel.
