**Part-time Legal Secretary**

**Location: Commutable from Hull, Hessle, Willerby, Anlaby, Cottingham, Brough, North Ferriby**

**Salary: Competitive DOE**

**Office based role**

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a successful law firm who are looking for an experienced part-time Legal Secretary to join their offices in the West Hull area.

**The duties of the Legal Secretary will include**:

- Provide effective secretarial and general admin support to the Conveyancing team
- Provide audio typing services for your fee earners
- To operate departmental systems including fee earners' personal diaries
- Ensure that all correspondence and documents are generated in the firm's standard format
- Retrieve and archive files, carrying out administration of the filing system
- Maintain files in accordance with office standards and procedures
- Make and receive telephone calls from clients, other third parties as necessary
- Liaise with expert witnesses and other third parties to arrange meetings

**You will need**:

- Excellent typing skills
- Experience with digital dictation/audio typing
- Confident telephone manner
- IT literate
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
