Office Administrator

Our client are looking for a new team member to assist our lettings and management teams based in Brighton. You have great verbal and written communication skills. You are detail orientated and computer literate (Knowledge of MS / G Suite).
You are naturally customer focused and remain calm during busy periods and have an eye for detail.
This role will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Assisting the lettings manager with general administration and daily tasks such as answering the phone, filing, photocopying, etc
- Assisting the management team with general administration and cover if needed for other departments
Training will be given to provide the following services for the lettings team in due course
- Referencing tenants and their guarantors
- Arranging terms of business for our landlords
- Writing agreements and arranging deposit certificates
- Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth tenancy commencement.
- Arranging and completing legal paperwork
Permanent 3-day contract or 25 hours per week equivalent per week
