Astrum Multi Academy Trust is a highly respected trust formed in 2017 catering for pupils with a range of Complex Special Educational Needs and disabilities. We are seeking to appoint a Midday Coordinator who would actively promote play and social interaction in our three times outstanding school with incredible pupils and staff.

Our staff are highly valued and we are looking to recruit Midday Coordinators to join our dedicated, committed and friendly team to start as soon as possible to organise activities and support the pupils during the lunchtime period for 2 ¼ hours per day.

Newbridge School is a forward thinking, highly specialised, mixed day school for children and young people between the ages of 2 and 19 years who have severe complex learning difficulties, with additional needs including autistic spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, complex medical needs and behaviour associated to their SEN.

Hatchside School is a new school that supports young children with a range of complex special educational needs and caters for pupils aged 2-7 years of age. It’s a busy environment in which the Midday Assistants need to be adaptable and responsive to children’s individual needs.

The school has 3 schools which are 5 minutes apart and each has a Head of School and Deputy Head of School.

Lower School - Gresham Drive: Caters for our pupils between the ages of 2 and 11. Pupils transfer to Upper School at the end of Year 6.

Upper School
- Barley Lane: Caters for pupils aged 12 to 19. Pupils transfer to post 19 provision at the end of Year 14.

Hatchside School, Aldborough Road North: Caters for pupils aged 2-7 years of age.
