Senior Content Producer

They seek a dynamic Senior Content Producer to spearhead their video production, shaping innovative content that will define their brand and captivate audiences. This role is pivotal in driving brand recognition, audience engagement, and taking their content strategy to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Video Planning: Devise and implement a comprehensive video content strategy across various platforms, demonstrating a mastery of long and short-form content creation.
- Creative Direction: Take ownership of ideation and production, ensuring top-quality content that aligns with the brand's vision and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborative Leadership: Lead the content team, inspiring and guiding them to achieve creative excellence and drive impactful storytelling.
- Innovation Integration: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in content creation, incorporating these insights into the brand's video content to maintain relevance and captivate audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Communications, Marketing, and Creative, to align video content with wider brand strategies and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement a test-driven approach, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize content performance continually.

Location: M4 Corridor - easily commutable from surrounding areas: Swindon, Newbury, Reading, Oxford, Bristol, Bath, and others.
Primarily office based with opportunity for international travel
