You'll be part of a 100% employee-owned company, which means you will have the opportunity to actively participate in the management and direction of the company, and also directly benefit from the company’s success through profit sharing.

Salary for the role is £25,000 - £31,000 per annum, with annual salary reviews, profit sharing bonuses, 25 days annual leave (plus bank hols and options to buy and sell extra holiday) and life insurance, among other benefits.

**About you**:
For this role we are seeking at least 1+ year experience in Landscape Architecture, with a relevant degree and a strong interest and/or experience in the planning side of Landscape Architecture.

Some previous experience or involvement in LVIA work, and some experience within the renewable and/or electricity grid sectors, or with local authorities and government agencies, would be desirable. Competent photography skills would also be beneficial.

A full UK driving license and an enthusiasm for continuous learning and development are essential.
