Spark Energy Consultants Ltd are a rapidly expanding startup company that's redefining the ECO4 landscape.

As a Prospector, your role is to locate properties that are eligible for ECO4, a scheme funded by energy companies to reduce carbon emissions from domestic properties.

A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS OF DIRECT SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

By installing renewable heating technologies in homes that need it the most, we're helping to create a more sustainable future. Additionally, you'll be aiding people who are struggling to pay their energy bills during a global recession.

Your primary responsibility is to locate homes that require these upgrades, verify the residents' eligibility for the scheme, and finalize the agreement for the installation of the upgrades - all at no cost to the residents, thanks to the fact that the upgrades are fully funded by the energy companies

The good news is that due to specific qualifying criteria, energy companies offer generous compensation for qualifying properties. Certain properties can receive up to £50,000 worth of funding to be used for installing renewable heating technologies, solar panels, and insulation. As a Prospector, you'll be responsible for locating these properties, generating interest among residents, assessing their eligibility for The ECO4 Scheme, and using your sales skills to close the deal on the measures we offer - all at no cost to the residents.

We offer a highly lucrative commission structure that can earn to £120,000 per annum. You'll be a part of a highly motivated and success-driven sales team that will train you to excel in your role and earn a substantial income. In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive package that includes a £20,000 basic salary and an impressive £120,000 OTE. We require you to have a full UK driver's license and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit an average of 50 homes per day
- Conduct technical property surveys to assess the buildings energy performance
- Assess residents' eligibility for The ECO4 Scheme
- Close residents on the measures we offer under the Scheme
- Attend regular team meetings and social events

Package:

- £20,000 Basic
- £120,000 OTE

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Drivers License
- Minimum 6 months direct sales experience
- A genuine willingness to learn

**Salary**: £80,000.00 per year
