Maintenance Handyman/woman

Main Tasks of Job:
Skills required. Good painter and decorator. Basic plumbing and electrical experience necessary. Some skill in carpentry preferred also.

1) Ensure all logging of fire alarms and emergency lighting in accordance with the Fire Safety act 2005.

2) Ensure the maintenance of all areas of the hotel are well maintained.

3) Liase with house keeping staff so that the bedrooms are maintained to a high standard.

4) Ability to work in a safe manner and adhere to good health and safety practices.

5) Liase with General Manager so that all maintenance projects are complied with.

6) Report any damage to or faulty equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
