Software Trainer

**BACKGROUD**

We're currently looking for a Technical Trainer to help us deliver training on the Adobe Experience Cloud software. Due to the nature of this role there is the option to work primarily on a remote basis but needing to visit the office for meetings and training purposes.

TAP CXM provides marketing consulting, implementation and ongoing support services that help organisations to increase their revenue, improve customer experience and reduce marketing costs. Day to day, we help our clients to exploit customer data and marketing technology through a blend of projects, on-site knowledge transfer and support.

**ROLE, KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Deliver live classroom training virtually, as well as occasionally recording on demand training courses.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across the Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Successfully manage the software training environment for your classes, while reporting and resolving any issues.
- Deliver training with empathy for the customer; understanding why they want to use the software.
- Encourage customer feedback on your classes and share insights from this to help improve our offering.
- Develop sales opportunities and the growth of the business by recommending appropriate learning paths to prospects and existing customers.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

The following traits, skills and experience are sought:

- Experienced in running training with a technical audience.
- The ability to engage an audience, and communicate complex concepts and technical detail in a simple, accessible way.
- Good understand of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
- Ability to handle a diverse group of customers, partners or employees in training sessions, including an international audience.
- Previous technical training background, ideally within the Adobe Experience Cloud or similar.
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements to training materials
- Ability to establish credibility and create confidence quickly and easily.

The TAP London office is based in Southwark, walking distance from Southwark, Waterloo, Borough and Lambeth North. Working hours are 9:00am until 5:30pm but in truth some days will be long, some days will be short, but all days will be rewarding.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
