Due to our continuing growth Succession now have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and competent Administrator to join our Client Delivery Projects team. In this role you will use your first-class administrative skills along with your knowledge of wealth management to support the delivery of a number of projects aimed at improving customer experience.

**The role**

The primary purpose of the role is to work as part of a small team responsible for undertaking the work required to successfully deliver projects aimed at enhancing the experience we provide to our clients.

**On a day to day basis you can expect to be**:

- Analysing client and colleague feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Working in collaboration with Change, IT and other teams to ensure process and control improvements are tested and successfully implemented. Carrying out analysis to monitor the effectiveness of changes made and identify any further changes needed.
- Collating, checking and validating data required for client contact initiatives.
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of client communications, ensuring a high degree of accuracy, and tracking these to completion.
- Ensuring all records and databases are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Providing data and insights for MI and reporting as and when required, meeting any set deadlines.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- A minimum of 2 years Financial Services administration experience
- Previous experience within Financial Advisory / Wealth Management
- Previous experience of working in a client facing function contributing to the delivery of high standards of service to clients
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Confidence in using industry back office systems such as Xplan to analyse and report on data.
- The ability to demonstrate behaviours in line with Succession’s Visions and Values: Client Focus, Long term and Sustainable, Integrity, efficiency, nimble and Teamwork
