We are currently recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to be based at our head office in Wolverhampton. Reporting to the UK HR Manager you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory support to all employees across the business.

As HR Advisor you will assist the UK HR Manager with the employee relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and investigations. You will also work collaboratively with the Recruitment Manager and Payroll Controller to efficiently manage and administer employee files and documentation throughout the employee life cycle, including offer & onboarding, salary changes, pension information, and leavers.
