With a production and manufacturing facility in Bromborough, Wirral and an engineering office based in Knaphill, Surrey, Deepsea Technologies UK provides both diver-less and diver assisted engineered technologies for the energy sector. These technologies are bespoke designed, built and installed by Deepsea Technologies’ team in some of the harshest offshore environments. The company has over 30 years of experience in the design and delivery of pressure containing equipment and ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) tooling. This includes well established products such and Taper-Lok flanges and Retlock Diverless connection systems.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Administrator to join our team during a period of exciting growth.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent, Degree education is not essential ut wold be an advantage
- CIPS qualification or studying towards
- Previous experience in a similar role would be helpful
- Strong administration and organisation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with the ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Highly competent with MS Office suite; Outlook & Excel
- Experience working in an office environment, specifically within procurement wouuld be advantageous but is not essential.

**SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Execute purchasing strategies in alignment with corporate-led operational strategies and as directed by departmental / business leads
- Assure compliance with and actively enforce Sourcing policies to meet or exceed business targets and customer needs.
- Manage relationships between DTUK and suppliers, both current & potential, with the highest ethics
- Help coordinate supplier selection decisions s
- Support negotiations to ensure work scopes are delivered on time, to budget etc
- Maintain purchase records
- Expedite Orders to achieve on time delivery and work with suppliers to remedy any slippages or non-conformances
- Work cross functionally with all stakeholders
- Assist Business Development department with costs for new designs and concepts
- Maintain supplier database
- Raise improvements where applicable
- Reconcile invoices as directed
- General procurement administration
- Ensuring that the certification and documentation is provided and stored correctly.
