Experienced Mortgage Administrator required to work for a Faversham based Broker.

Job would involve full case management, to include DIP’s, case submission, complete compliance(typing fact finds, suitability letters) and loading onto our CRM system (360).

A knowledge of the Later Life Mortgage market would also be preferable, particularly Equity Release.

The job is flexible and I am looking for someone who can work 5 hours per day, 5 days per week and I can be flexible around school hours.

Pay and contract type is negotiable and I am open to the job being on a Contract basis, offering more flexibility.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
