**PURCHASE ADMINISTRATOR / EXPEDITOR**

**Area: Romford**

**Salary: £25000-£30000**
- Communicating at all levels with internal, external and connected stakeholders.
- Facilitating the flow of inbound purchase orders with suppliers.
- Coordinating and maintaining schedules for all purchase orders and vendors.
- Streamlining interdepartmental communication, often working as a liaison to department heads.
- Working with buyers looking for solutions to vendor late or short deliveries.
- Put together a cohesive and clear presentation of reports required to support various different part portfolio’s identified by the department as high priority.
- Performing clerical duties, maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures, policies, instructions and guidelines.

- Time management skills
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comply with company procedures and policies
- Interpersonal skills
- A clear understanding of purchasing and or buying.
