Harbour House is an exciting newly converted 43 bed home situated at the Fisherrow Harbour in Musselburgh. The Care Home forms part of the Musselburgh community with breathtaking views over the Firth of Forth. The surroundings are perfect for residents wishing to maintain a more independent lifestyle, where families can visit with ease.

Expertly designed, the home meets all current Care Inspectorate requirements and provides the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care.

We are currently seeking to recruit **Senior Care Assistants **with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

You will receive comprehensive induction training and will be supported in your personal development to achieve your potential, with potential for career progression.

**About You**

To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience as a senior care assistant within a care home setting caring for older people.

You will preferably hold an SVQ 3 qualification.

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have experience and passion for supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.

You will have the right to work within the UK.
