Proximity Recruitment are searching for a strong, permanent Administrator (circa £30,000 + benefits) to join a thriving global business near Banbury.
The role benefits from hybrid working, typically 2 days a week in the office. The 16-20 hours can be done anytime between 9-5pm across between 3-5 days.
Responsibilities include:

- Diary and calendar planning and management.
- Supporting weekly tam meetings, agenda setting and minute taking.
- Management of file saving process and documents for good house keeping.
- Input and upkeep of internal documents and forms.
- Assisting with the production, formatting and proofing of documents.
- Providing organisational support to the team on adhoc tasks.
- Responsible for the office space, supplies and equipment.
- Support of the HR function - working with a specialist consultant.
- Liaison with the business’s accountant and bookkeepers.
- Management of expenses, reconciliation and PO process.
- Photocopying, scanning, printing and dealing with post.
- Coordination of team training and social events.
