Kitchen Designer

**Kitchen Designer wanted in Bishop's Stortford**.

**KBBRecruitment**are pleased to be working with a well-established company which opened in 1979 and is now one of the UKs leading retailers to help them find a Kitchen Designer.

**Role**

As a Kitchen Designer, you’ll use your knowledge to create inspirational designs to help customers achieve their room aspirations by listening and establishing the customer’s wants and needs. You’ll ensure customers feel inspired by what they see. You’llclose the sale by attending to every detail. Placing the customer at the heart of the project.

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed targets
- Actively generate leads
- Offer finance options
- Be able to manage your own diary
- Have fantastic customer service and communication skills
- Stay up to date on competitor activity and current trends
- Maximise sales through all channels by being competent in selling face to face or remotely
- Create beautiful designs using CAD software
- Design Kitchens
- Design Bathrooms

**Knowledge**
- Everything you do will focus on putting the customer first. You’ll be bold in your approach, willing to take risks, confident and courageous.
- You’ll be part of the team there to help and support others. Always do what you say you’re going to do and give feedback when needed.
- You’ll have a can-do attitude, happy to get stuck in and always striving every day to keep things simple.
