Job Title: Meat Cutter

Meat Plant is seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meats to meet our customers' needs. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.MUST be able to cut steaks to portion control

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cut different types of meats, including beef, pork, chicken,
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Trim excess fat and remove bones from cuts of meat
- Portion and package meat products for delivery storage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding ordering needs

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different cuts of meat and their characteristics
- Strong knife skills and ability to use meat processing equipment safely
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and trimming
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members

**Salary**: £11.00-£15.00 per hour
