**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Who will you be supporting?**
- We are a group of 3 residents between the ages of 44 and 71 in a supported living setting
- We have different challenges in our lives which include autism, learning disabilities and Dementia. We are generally very mobile and like to be as active as possible throughout our daily lives
- We are fun loving, kind, respectful of other people’s personal space and belongings.

**What is important to us?**
- We enjoy outdoor activities, including going to the pub for meals and drinks, drives out in the house vehicle, window shopping, visiting charity shops, cafes, going to safari parks and zoos.
- We also enjoy arts and crafts, watching action movies on TV, colouring and doing home baking.
- We would not enjoy spending time with people who are running around or very noisy as it would tend to make a few of us upset.

**Other information?**
- There are always at least 2 staff on shift at any given time during the day
- We have at least 1 staff on sleep-in basis through the night-time
- Our morning shifts start from 8am onwards
- Our late shifts start from 12pm onwards
- In order to support us to have the Best Life Possible our team have specialist training in learning disabilities and autism.
