**What you’ll do**

Your key accountabilities will include
- Responsible for several categories in Convenience; owning and communicating the ranging strategy for those categories, driving performance through effective utilisation of range to reflect customer mission and seasonality, delivering ranging within critical path
- With the Commercial Managers, drive Convenience partner performance whilst managing each partner’s requirements
- Analyse multiple sources of commercial data (financial, customer, competition and market) to help inform and implement ranging improvements
- Coordinate across SRD, categories, partners, supply and Retail teams to create and deliver category action plans.
- Work with the Franchise Commercial Managers to lead & drive consistency across ranging principles, data analysis and communication & engagement

- Excellent project management with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Strong team player - enthusiastic with an ability to self-motivate and motivate others
- Excellent ranging analysis, interpretation and problem-solving skill
- Good presentation skills, confident communicator and ability to influence across all stakeholder levels
- Proactivity and solution driven
