Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional dedicated and passionate Gardener (Associate Partner) to join our team. As an Associate Partener, you will be responsible for assisting with various gardening and groundskeeping tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a love for plants and landscaping.

**Duties**:

- Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, watering, and pruning
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete gardening tasks
- Assist with the installation of new plants and garden features
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assist customers with gardening questions and provide excellent customer service

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of irrigation systems and ability to irrigate plants effectively
- Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks
- Strong understanding of different types of plants, their growth requirements, and care techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00-£19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
