**Do you have strong knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks & Management Accounts?**

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team working for our client who are well established a reputable Accountancy Firm where you will be providing bookkeeping and back-office support to multiple clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the implementation of all relevant client outsourcing work ensuring effective team workflow
- Arrange & lead planning meetings as required
- Ensure completion of processing for clients in other managers/senior manager/director portfolios
- Monitor work progress and ensure appropriate levels of communication
- Research and seek to resolve issues for upward communication in more complex clients or higher risk aspects of outsourcing work
- Complete administration on client account files and set up relevant file reviews
- Provide assistance to other members of the service line as required
- Prepare bills and monitor WIP for director/partner/manager to review as required
- Act as a key point of contact for nominated clients to manage all their outsourcing requirements
- Attend client meetings
- Ensure client hygiene factors are in place, AML, KYC reviews, engagement letters etc
- Ensure clear task plans & milestones for each piece of outsourcing work
- Provide training and mentoring time to assistants where needed
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Skills and Experience**
- AAT Level 4 qualified or near completion
- Strong knowledge of Xero & QuickBooks
- Ability to work with multiple clients on a daily basis
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to plan ahead and resolve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
