Content Creator

**Job description**

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Assitant to take ownership of Content Creation for CrewPass.

We are a small, close-knit team, rapidly expanding with many new and exciting opportunities. This role would suit someone who is looking for career progression and the opportunity to use their knowledge and put their skills into practice.

CrewPass is the leading background checking and verification company specialising in the superyacht industry, some maritime industry knowledge would be beneficial but not crucial.

Day-to-day tasks:
You will need to manage CrewPass' social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

You will regularly plan social media posts, stories, reels and paid adverts (+the occasional YouTube videos).

Source and work with yachtie influencers, partners and other yachting professionals, managing campaigns and giveaways.

Writing and publishing weekly blog posts on the CrewPass website.

- Graphic design skills: We are looking for someone who can confidently design and edit flyers, brochures, posters and other marketing materials.
- Website editing and development skills are preferable.
- Must be competent in Adobe software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Acrobat. Premier Pro is a plus.
- All Microsoft Office programmes, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. (Google equivalent is accepted, i.e. Google Sheets, Docs, Slides...) Canva (desirable)

This is an office based position from Southampton as we do not offer hybrid working.
