**What you'll be doing**

**Prep Operative - Night Shift - Sunday-Thursday - 22:00pm-06:00am - £13.40 per hour**

As a **Prep Operative**, you will be responsible for ensuring all food preparation is carried out including using a machine for slicing up various vegetables and preparing all mixers ready for the mixing operatives. As part of your role, you will be ensuring the team are working to their maximum potential as well as ensuring that the machinery is working consistently and correctly. You will be responsible for monitoring production to help attain KPIs for productivity and efficiency.
