**Position Summary**

The Supply Planner will create and execute the supply plan that is in-line with the site Sales & Operations Plan. Ensuring the most efficient utilisation of resource via continuous communication with operations teams to identify and mitigate capacity constraints.SAP is essential for this role.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Master Planning and execution of Standard Work for assigned portfolio
- Validate & execute ERP recommendations and exceptions, using internal business knowledge (SIOP, Forecasts, current inventory levels and product lead times)
- Responsible for meeting key metrics and goals to ensure stated service and inventory levels are maintained while minimising backorders (Backorder, LOTIF, Inventory AOP, Scrap, Cycle Time & CAS)
- First point of escalation & mitigation for barriers to execution of the Supply Plan
- Ability to understand and manipulate data through Excel and PowerBI
- SAP - validating accurate data, creating and reviewing reports to enable good management decisions.
- Responsible for ensuring supply alignment with customer demand.
- Responsible for preparing information and data for tiered meetings
- Identify & lead process improvement activities
- Identify risks to supply and mitigation options

- Experience of manufacturing or complex operations environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to read, comprehend, and write correspondence and reports
- Must be able to communicate effectively with multiple levels of staff throughout the organisation
- Strong analytical skills, combined with practical business acumen
- Demonstrated ability building relationships across various functional teams
- Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and production planning
- Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems
- Ability to work independently, typically initiating own tasks with input/guidance from manager
- Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience
- Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment
- APICS certification or willingness to work toward, preferred
- Time management and prioritisation
- Customer focused
- Working as part of a wider team
