**What you'll be doing**

In our busy butchery, we make over 18,000 meat packs every week. As a coordinator, you'll play a key role, supporting the Operations Manager and Production Team Managers in the day-to-day operations. This involves tasks like creating purchase orders, managing sales orders, working with vendors, and ensuring smooth processing of invoices and POs with the finance team.

Alongside general PA support for the Operations Manager and Team Managers, you'll put together weekly performance reports using key performance indicator (KPI) data.

We're looking for someone with great personal and administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a team player who thrives in a busy environment with multiple responsibilities.
