Gardener / Yardsman / Labourer

**Job opportunity.**

Gardener / Yardsman / Labourer position for Engineering company + Small Holding farm.

**Greenheat Renewables** is a well-established Renewable Energy Company, based near Duns in the Scottish Borders. We are looking for someone to join the Company, fulfilling a varied position that will include:

- Assisting at the yard near Duns with Greenheat engineering projects,
- Making deliveries and collections **(driver’s licence obligatory)**:

- Maintenance of the land and buildings on the Small Holding, including a small-scale horse livery, paddocks, gardens, holiday cottage and outbuildings.

**Weekly tasks will include**:

- Tidying of materials back into stock
- Weekly maintenance of small tools and machinery
- Receiving of deliveries
- Collecting and delivering materials to various local projects
- Assisting the engineers on projects when required
- Maintenance of buildings and land including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting etc.

We are a flexible employer and the role could be a part time position or suit someone who is recently retired looking for a flexible job to fit in with their lifestyle. Days and hours of work per week can be discussed with the successful applicant. Minimum of 24 hours per week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
