Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transport Planner to join our team. The Transport Planner will be responsible for coordinating and planning transportation routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate transport operations to meet customer requirements
- Organize and plan efficient transport routes
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize logistics software to optimize transport efficiency
- Monitor transport costs and maintain budgetary compliance
- Prepare transport reports and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of logistics and transport management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Basic IT skills for utilizing logistics software

Pay: £18,259.38-£29,717.68 per year
