Shop Manger

CAWDRONS BUTCHERS LTD is looking for a Shop Manager to join our team. We are a family-owned business that has been in business for over 50 years. We have a great reputation for providing outstanding customer service, and we are looking to keep that reputation intact.

**The Position**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high quality customer service is provided to all customers
- Ensure the store is clean and organized
- Ensure all staff are trained on product knowledge and how to sell products efficiently
- Ensure staff is trained on opening and closing procedures
- Ensure all staff is trained on opening and closing procedures
- Ensure staff is trained on basic retail skills (such as cash handling, customer service, math, etc.)
- Manage employee schedules, as well as employee training (including new staff)
- Ensure all sales and inventory are accounted for at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or relevant position in retail management
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, emotional)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong leadership skills with ability to multitask

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
