Starting Salary: £38,969 with the opportunity to earn £40,855 + an annual bonus of up to £4k.
Working Pattern: Days (37.5 hours per week, typical hours are 07:30 - 15:40 or 08:10 - 16:20).
Location: Sellafield, West Cumbria (Flexible working options available).

We’re seeking dedicated Commissioning Support to be crucial part of our innovative projects.

The Commissioning Support role provides a wide range of support services to commissioning and pre-operations along with other areas of the business. Responsible for administration tasks, data analysis and management of information, systems and data to support commissioning teams/capability. The Commissioning support assists with the delivery of activities within the commissioning team/capability.

Accountabilities will be:

- Timely and effective retrieval of key documents and information held within the commissioning document libraries/share-point as required.
- Develop, populate, and maintain the commissioning performance reports and dashboards.
- Support the commissioning teams/capability with the engagement of internal and external stakeholders including the development of the stakeholder engagement and communications plan to assist with routine engagement meetings.
- Support the development of data and analytics across the commissioning/capability.
- Support the undertaking of benchmarking with other areas across the business/NDA estate to support commissioning delivery.

About Commissioning:
We have a number of Commissioning and Pre-Operations vacancies across the Sellafield site.

You must be capable of working collaboratively with a number of other professions, delivering the full range of Commissioning and Pre-Operations activities safely, efficiently, and effectively in support of the business and plant operations.

Essential Skills:

- Suitable relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
- Successful delivery of work in an engineering/technical/maintenance role.
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a large range of stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse and report on data, such as dashboards & KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills including document/writing skills.
- Experience of using and maintaining specialist systems, programs, and procedures in line with agreed policies and practices.
- Ensure compliance with site processes and standards.
- Experience of Microsoft packages.
- Desirable Skills:
- Previous SL experience an advantage.
- Mechanical/Electrical or plant support background.
