Anderson Knight Recruitment are working with a client based in Glasgow to recruit an L&D Team Leader on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role, 37.5hrs per week, their office has onsite parking and access to public transport links.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the L&D administrative team's performance and behavior by assigning tasks, monitoring SLAs, and addressing issues with the help of the PSC team.
- Training and onboarding new team members as needed.
- Assisting the Head of HR during disciplinary, grievance, or appeal proceedings.
- Daily inbox review to monitor the team's progress and identify areas needing attention, promptly escalating workload concerns to the Head of HR.
- Providing SLA analysis to the Head of HR monthly (weekly as needed).
- Conducting essential audits within the team, including processing documentation, data accuracy checks, and report consistency.
- Managing two shared mailboxes.
- Coordinating internal training schedules, liaising with Technical Training Supervisor and team.
- Planning and scheduling recertification for external training well in advance.
- Reviewing and updating records in the people system for accuracy.
- Adding necessary qualifications for colleagues to the people system and qualifications catalog.
- Ensuring proper use of the department's OneDrive, auditing the qualifications catalog, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Managing a custom Learning Management System, including group audits, training schedule uploads, attendance management, and compliance reporting.
- Handling complex support queries and escalating when needed.
- Upholding compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.
- Providing administration support for the training facility, including supplies management.
- Collaborating with Senior L&D Partner and LDP team, offering necessary assistance.
- Regularly reviewing processes/systems and adapting to meet business needs, promoting automation where possible.
- Establishing positive relationships through consistent, confident, and open communication with peers, managers, HR team, internal teams, and training suppliers.

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**
- Degree or equivalent experience in L&D, business, psychology, or related field.
- Customer-oriented office experience, being committed to quality service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and effective collaboration with diverse work styles.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in organisation, prioritisation, and time management.
- Thrives under pressure, meets goals, and multitasks with precision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Builds external relationships and fosters creativity for improvement.
- Leadership for delegation and employee training.
- Effective negotiation with suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
