**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team in Glasgow. As a Scaffolder, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures at various sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Inspecting scaffold components for defects and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborating with other construction workers and contractors to ensure smooth operations onsite.
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Following instructions from supervisors and communicating effectively with team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Scaffolder or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to scaffolding.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid scaffolding certifications/licenses (e.g., CISRS) preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
