**About the role**
**Your ultimate objective **is to onboard new clients from a mixture of inbound enquiries and agency referrals to maximise revenue contribution by providing unrivalled levels of customer service.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
- Ensuring information is provided in a compliant manner by following company policy and adhering to industry and statutory legislations.
- Answering large volumes of messages and live chats whilst providing exemplary customer service to our potential customers.
- Liaising with colleagues, management, internal department, external employment agencies and/or hirers on the client’s behalf to resolve queries.
- Objection handling - respond promptly to customer enquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints at enquiry stage.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.
- Go the “extra mile” by providing a great service on the products we offer.
**About you**
Ideally you would have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service or onboarding role and can demonstrate a consultative approach in explaining how giant’s products can meet potential new client’s requirements, highlighting the benefits and explaining the product features as compared with competitor offerings and completing outstanding enquiries in a timely manner.
You must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, you have great enthusiasm and attitude for the role, a high level of resilience and strong written and verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in Microsoft office Knowledge or experience of live chat
- Understanding and striving to achieve the **Giant **people values is essential.

In this role your career path is to become Welcome Team Advisor, Supervisor, Assistant Welcome Team Manager and Welcome Team Manager. Alternatively, a move into Sales where you can become a Business Development Executive, Senior Business Development Executive, New Business Consultant, Senior New Business Consultant, Key Account Manager and Account Director or work in Sales exclusively for any of our sister companies in screening, financing or corporate markets
