Market Researcher

Manchester, United Kingdom Acumen Fieldwork Limited Full time

**Location**: Manchester
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 36.5 per week
**Salary**: £22,000 per annum
**Who are we?**
**So, what’s the job?**
Your day will involve the organisation of market research projects, usually held at various locations around the country, or more recently via Zoom
Building relationships with clients and suppliers is key, as you will need to work in partnership to get the project done. An eye for detail should also be your thing, as being able to interpret briefs and ask the right questions to ensure you understand everypart of a project is essential.
You will manage multiple projects at once, so you need to be comfortable with quickly changing your focus and flexing your working day to meet project demands - sometimes the unexpected happens and we need you to be cool, calm and collected when it does.
When a new project arrives, you will be responsible for all aspects of its delivery, from the initial briefing with the client, creating a screener (essentially a questionnaire - if you are new to the industry) to find the people that the client wants to speakto, it could involve arranging venues and will always involve communicating with our recruitment team when the job is being recruited. You will need to manage client expectations, give frequent updates on progress, and be honest about any obstacles you faceto ensure that the project is delivered on time.
We are a group of smart and passionate people who genuinely want to deliver the highest levels of insight and service to our clients across research, recruitment, viewing, and field. We expect the same from every person who joins the team.
We are looking for people who want to work from the office - we do offer some flexibility, but the expectation is that you will work from our offices for 3 days a week.
If this sounds like you, we can't wait to hear from you to discuss the opportunity with you further.
You may have experience of the following: Market Research Analyst, Market Researcher, Market Research Manager, Market Research Professional, Market Research Administrator, Market Research Executive, Market Research Project Manager, etc.
