We have a vacancy for a Maintenance Person to join our team within a home from home environment.

We are looking for someone who prides themselves in their work, has a very high standard and attention to detail and most importantly has a kind and friendly approach.

The Maintenance Person is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the home, including basic plumbing, carpentry and painting and decorating. The role will also involve routine health and safety checks and emergency repairs. The nature of the work requires physical effort and ability to think methodically and logically.

On occasion, you may be required to work weekends or out of hours in an emergency.

The role is initially for 16 hours per week but it could increase depending on the work that needs to be done. The days of work can be flexible taking into consideration residents needs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £15.00 per hour
