**The Role**
This newly created role is pivotal in the continued success of this company.The Digital Marketing Executive will drive company growth through creating engaging communications campaigns across a range of channels, including social media platforms.Key roleresponsibilities include;
- Develop and execute the business marketing strategy
- Work with the creative team to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to, and marketing strategy is aligned
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns
- Manage advertising budget
- Create engaging and search engine optimised content, both long and short form
- Analyse and report on campaign performance

**The Person**
- A proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of marketing across different social media platforms, but primarily Linked In
- Experience of working on time sensitive campaigns
- Demonstrable proof of engaging clients and growing audiences
- Understands the commercial aspect of marketing

**Salary and Working Arrangement**:

- This role has a salary of up to £28,000.00
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus birthday off, plus 20 days 'work from anywhere'
- Hybrid working
