We are seeking a Senior Talent Management Partner to join a regional Housing Group covering South
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR/Talent Management professional to join a professional L&D/OD & Talent Department providing a full support and service across talent management initiatives such as workforce planning and succession planning, entryto work programmes..
Working with the Talent, L&OD Lead to enable to have a high performing workforce by designing and delivering a dynamic talent management approach that recognising diverse and multi-generational workforce.
- Develop and deliver strategies that identify, develop and retain top talent also adding value to the employer brand.
- Developing a clear and strong approach to managing our talent.
- Own the delivery of our talent management strategy to drive high performance working with Strategic Business Partners to adapt and deliver across the business to support different needs and requirements
- Support the delivery of strategic workforce planning with key stakeholders
- Participating in the mapping of critical roles and develop robust and flexible approaches to succession planning
- Support the development and own the delivery of development programmes for high performing and high potential talent
- Support the development and delivery of programmes that develop our talent pipelines and bring a diversity of skills and experiences into the business.
- Working with the Talent Acquisition hub to design and deliver an early career strategy that supports a talent supply of critical skills
- Enable visibility, rotation and talent exchanges to support the flow of internal talent around the business
- Building on the success of our apprentice programmes to ensure it is scalable and creating strong talent pipeline into the business
- Support the Apprentice Partner to build leadership capability in delivering a positive apprentice experience
- Support innovative ways to retain talent across the business including flexibility trials

CIPD L5 qualified
- Demonstrable experience of developing and building talent management strategies, building close relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met
- Previous experience of supporting the business through strategic workforce planning and succession planning
- Previous experience in project management; stakeholder management; change management; event management
- Previous experience is the design and delivery of learning interventions
- Experience of budget and financial management
- Demonstrate flexibility in responding to changing demands and condition
