An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our PEAK service as Outdoor Instructor within Keys Group. We are looking for committed, motivated individuals with a passion and ambition to provide a great outdoor experience for our customers.

Success for us is delivering a range of outdoor adventures to a variety of clients. Some of these are aimed at developing skills, other’s team building, leadership, social and emotional skills. Working with specialist schools, residentials and group bookings.

We believe in inspiring and encouraging individuals to broaden their horizons. Learning skills that will enable them to reach new heights they didn’t know were possible:
**Responsibilities of Outdoor Instructor**:

- Planning and Delivery of Outdoor sessions to a range of different clients
- High Level of Customer Service
- Maintenance of equipment

**Essential**:

- Good Vibes & Passion for the Outdoors
- Outdoor First Aid 16hr
- Experience of Outdoor Industry
- A positive work ethic (a can do attitude).
- 1 of MIAS lvl2 + above, or PSI + Above,

**Desirable**:

- Mountain Leader Award /Rock Climbing Instructor Award/Paddlesport Coach
- Full UK driving licence with D1 or +E entitlement
