MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

As a result of the Company's success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Window Fabricator to join our team based in Pontyclun.

**Responsibilities**

Supporting the Production Staff in the following:

- Cutting all ancillaries
- Preparing welded sills
- Cutting of beads
- General fabrication

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Forklift licence preferred, although not necessary
- Problem solving, improvising and use of own initiative
- Continual delivery of total customer satisfaction
- Gets it right first time, every time
- Seeks continual improvement in performance and processes
- Communicates with the team to ensure that targets are achieved
- A flexible approach and adapts to changing work environment

Hours: Mon to Thurs 08.00 - 16.30 Fri 08.00 - 15.30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: Dependant on experience

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
