Stonemason

You will be working with a team of stonemasons and labourers who are building a traditional stone cottage. the stone is sources and dressed by us at a nearby quarry. The job requires you to work away from home 5 days a week, good quality accommodation is provided with £20 per day travel and food allowance.

**Responsibilities**:

- dress stones from quarry
- build random rubble stonework
- work to drawings
- be familiar with relevant power tools

**Requirements**:

- Good work ethic
- Physical stamina to work for extended periods
- Own vehicle
- Drivers licence
- Willing to work away from home mon - fri

Rate is based on being self employed, if you prefer to be on the books this can be discussed.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 55 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
