**About the Role**:
The role involves working as part of a team of both engineers and tradespersons within our Customer Care and workshop departments.

Some examples of the day-to day duties are:

- Carry out repairs to holiday homes including, interiors, exteriors, heating systems and bathrooms - general plumbing and carpentry experience is essential. Training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills to help you build relationships with all departments of the business, to ensure a smooth operation is achieved daily.
- Being approachable and communicating professionally with all team members and customers.
- Having an awareness of Health and Safety Compliance to keep yourself, our customers, and your colleagues safe at all times whilst working.
- Good time management, organisational skills, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise your workload under own initiative.
- Visiting Holiday Parks across the South West to carry our repairs to Holiday Homes where required

- A current driving licence.
- Good general maintenance, repair, and ground care skills.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise and organise work effectively.
- A hard-working approach and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Basic carpentry and plumbing skills.
- Experience of using hand and power tools.
