Business Support Administrator

An organisation with international reach, require an administrator to work within their Business Support function. This is a fast-paced, varied position, based in the office full-time working 9-5, on a fixed term contract basis of 6 months.

**About the role**:

- Assist with vetting of new employees in line with business regulations
- Oversee customer feedback and ensure the highest standard of reply is received by the customer
- Manage lost property, and make sure items claimed are returned to customers
- Admin support to the wider business including document production
- General office duties including ordering office supplies and processing incoming and outgoing mail

**About you**:

- Some previous admin experience
- Positive and keen personality
- Professional telephone manner, with high levels of customer service
