Work pattern hours these shifts will rotate per week

06:00am - 14:00pm

14:00pm - 22:00pm

Total hours per week 37.50
- Shift work is a requirement with Saturday work included 5 out of 7 on a rotational basis.

Hourly rate: £11.53per hour plus holiday pay

**Role and Responsibilities**

We have opportunities for Transport Operational Support administrator to join our team. Joining part of a busy transport team in our Belfast site, the transport operational support team will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following.
- Transport planning
- Must have excellent telephone & communication skills
- Excellent computer skills particularly in EXCEL
- Must be keen to learn new skills
- Can work within a fast pace environment
- Experience of transport experience would be ideal
- Must be able to work shift pattern
- Resource planning
- Provide transport support to the warehouse and to the transport schedule
- Deal with customer & driver queries
- Driver dispatch & de-brief
- Undertake other duties within the Transport office / planning function as required
- Organising and managing specific elements of the planning function daily.
- Accurate data input for use in compilation of KPI reports
- Asset tracking
- Fuel Monitoring on an MPG file and/or MCS system
- Management of scheduled maintenance for fleet
- Willingness to substitute for development
- Any other duties as and when required

**Experience, Skills and Education**

Essential Criteria
- Previous scheduling experience
- Good geographical knowledge and knowledge of driver working hours and tachograph legislation
- Good working knowledge of SCM (OR EQUIVELENT WMS)
- Good knowledge of transport operations
- CPC would be an advantage **Must be competent in Outlook & Excel**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of Blue tree or Telematics in general advantageous
- Knowledge of Vision and driver infringements advantageous.
