Head Housekeeper

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation within our hotel.

**Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily cleaning activities of the housekeeping staff
- Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to hotel standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate housekeeping team members
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
