**Regional Recruitment Manager - Mobile South and South West Region**

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum + Bens

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a field-based capacity.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in utilising virtual interview platforms and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work on your own and collaborate effectively within a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interviews in the field, taking advantage of both in-person and virtual methods as needed in order to achieve hiring targets
- **Recruitment Event Management**:

- **Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local DWP locations.
- Collaborate with DWP offices to optimize recruitment efforts and leverage resources effectively.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate closely with the office-based team to align recruitment strategies and meet organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.

**Additional Information**:

- This position requires regular travel within the designated regional area.
