Wholesale Account Manager

**Remote working + 1 day a week in Surrey office**
We are looking for a proactive and experienced International Account Manager and excellent relationship builder to join a great Sales team. This is a newly created role as the International markets are the big growth area for this company, they already havea thriving UK wholesale business and big plans for expansion, so it’s a great time to join.
**Duties & Responsibilities for this Wholesale Account Manager include**:
- Building strong relationships with customers, managing your customer base to provide the best level of service
- Working with the Head of International on identifying new business opportunities in line with business strategy
- Attend international trade shows, representing the brand and upselling products
- Actioning tradeshow follow ups, new customer correspondence, and any new enquiries
- Presenting seasonal collections to your customer base, both virtually and face-to-face as required
- Assisting with range building input, looking at sell through and customer feedback
- Communicating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders to your customer base, in line with agreed customer dates and requirements
- Working closely with internal departments including Marketing, Finance, eComm, and Logistics
- End to end responsibility for your customers and orders, from initial forecasts for your accounts, through order placement, to final delivery
- Management of the International CRM
- Regular sales & stock level reporting
**Experience & skills required for this Wholesale Account Manager position**:
- 2+ years’ wholesale Sales / Account Management experience
- Experience working with International / European accounts is a bonus
- A first-class communicator, who can build relationships both internally and externally
- A commercial eye with a passion for product and retail
- An additional European language a benefit, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail, someone who is organised, accurate and deadline driven
- Proactive and works well on their own initiative
- Personable, friendly and a enjoys being part of a great team player
