Telesales Representative

Windsor Foodservice supplies a broad range of Frozen, Chilled and Ambient products to the Independent Catering Trade. Windsor Foodservice has recently been acquired by Hopwells Limited, one of the largest independent frozen food wholesalers in England. The Hopwells Group prides itself on its traditional family values and ethos.

We are looking to recruit an experienced telesales representative to join our team at our Head Office in Barnsley, who enjoys a busy atmosphere, is motivated, driven and has excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner and is a team player, to help facilitate our expansion plans within our telesales team.

**Your duties will primarily be to**:

- Manage, maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers with daily telephone calls to take orders.
- Advise Customers of new and alternative products
- Be a customer facing presence always offering the highest level of customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.55 per hour
