We are looking for an experienced administrator with a high level of customer service to join our company

Ability to work in an organised way and within set timescales in order to meet deadlines.

Experience of dealing with telephone calls and the ability to demonstrate a calm, professional and polite manner, experience within the construction industry would be advantageous.

Duties would encompass the following

Assisting the Pre Contract/Contract and Design Department
- Assisting the Pre Contract/Contract and Design Department
- Preparing installation programmes
- Creating weekly reports for customers
- Answering Telephone
- Assisting the purchasing team with procurement of materials
- Liaising with customer and site engineer

Salary £26-28k per annum with 25 days holiday entitlement

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basingstoke: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 02/01/2024
